Attitude of Respect
Use polite and non-derogatory language in every form of
communication, avoid using harsh, demeaning, or insulting words that
could offend fellow members.
We value diversity and ask each member to be tolerant of different opinions, beliefs, and backgrounds. Avoid taking discriminatory or provoking actions that may lead to tension among members.
Maintain civility and ethics in every interaction, avoiding inappropriate actions or words, including spam, trolling, or disruptive behavior.
Do not share personal information without permission, including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, or others sensitive information.
The use of images or words that may be considered degrading, offensive, or inappropriate is not permitted. This includes memes or other content that might hurt the feelings of other members. Be careful in your messaging and selection of images shared.
Not Safe for Work
If you are under the age of 18, do not engage in sexual conduct or any conduct that puts your online or physical safety at risk. This includes consensual sexual interactions between teens, as well as any encouragement or coordination of potentially risky behaviors, such as vigilantism. We want teens to be able to express themselves freely on Discord as much as possible, but given the risks associated with online dating, we will remove spaces that encourage or facilitate dating between teens.
Do not solicit, share, or make attempts to distribute content that depicts, promotes, or attempts to normalize child sexual abuse. Also, do not post content that in any way sexualizes children. This includes real as well as manipulated media, animation (such as lolicon), and any type of digital creation.
Be careful when joking with your age. Discord requires you to be at least 13 years old to use the platform. This includes joking with your age.
Don’t send any bait or cropped or suggestive NSFW content. Photos that look like nudity / pornography but are instead like a normal tree or an optical illusion are not allowed including cropping out, blurring with pixels, or censoring NSFW content.
Not Safe for Life
Do not solicit, share or attempt to distribute not safe for life (NSFL) or things that nobody wants to see. This includes but is not limited to gore, violence, epilepsy, or content that makes someone uncomfortable and/or disturbed.
Suspicious content such as viruses or fake viruses are not allowed.
Content that causes real damage to software and/or hardware, causes loss of files and the like, whether intentionally or unintentionally, is strictly prohibited.
Advertising
Do not share or attempt to distribute content that contains advertising of any kind.
Attempting to DM someone to send an advertisement directly is strictly prohibited, which violates the Discord Community Guidelines.
Others
@everyone and @here these are not allowed as they are often used in spam messages, and are useless for normal members to send as they do not work.
Trying to bypass the automod will result in you being punished for the rule you broke and we will be stricter than usual.
No rule is perfect don't try to find loopholes in the rules.
